Once upgraded to 99 OVR, All-Star Champions will unlock 2x custom ability buckets and a bucket containing the 3 special Theme Team All-Stars Chems to choose from (Pass Protection, Balanced, Power Run). Custom ability buckets contain 0 AP abilities taken from the player's T3 and T4 buckets, with a few exceptions that cost 1-2 AP.
