- I am a responsible professional seeking an in-law type unit for myself and my cat. I am reliable, financially stable, and respectful of property. My cat is well-behaved and house-trained. My rental history is impeccable, and I can provide references upon request. The reason I'm actively seeking a new place is because my current landlord is selling the property. The prospective new owner intends to demolish the house and undertake construction on a new complex. Ideally, the unit would be private, with separate living quarters and amenities. I have about six months to find my next home but I can move at any time. Please contact me if you have a suitable unit available. Thank you for your consideration.Hopefully this is the right spot for this type of posting. Looking for a roommate for an August move in. I'm looking at a two bedroom at Lacey Park Apartments off of College, across the street from the urgent care. Per the tour I took with them a 2 bed/1 bath is $1,995, which includes water, sewer, garbage and basic cable. Electricity and internet would probably be another $200-$300ish depending so probably looking at no more than $2,400 total / $1,200 per. I will be the facilitator in tracking the expenses and then likely venmo request the 1/2 split. If you are clean we will get along great. I'm the type of guy that, until I finally got access to a dishwasher, would hand wash and hand dry my dishes. Leaving the common areas as they were is a big deal to me. Just a heads up. I am willing to have a or roommate, but preference towards since we will be sharing a bathroom. I am not opposed to you having pets, would want to interact with the pet(s) before signing anything to make sure there aren't any issues. About Me: Young professional working for the state in the Tumwater area. I mostly stay in my room. WFH two days a week. I don't do a whole lot of cooking. The cooking that I do do is mostly meal prep that may take 30 minutes or so to do. I like to go on walks while listening to audiobooks. Big reason why I want to move to these apartments is because it is right next to the Chehalis trail. I am easy going and laid back. As long as you are clean, I am very easy to live with. Serious inquiries only. If the apartment complex gives us a heads up in May that a two bedroom is coming available in August, I am going to want to sign a lease agreement ASAP to claim it. Be prepared to do that if it comes down to it. Looking forward to hearing from you!Hello, I'm seeking a small apartment to rent (studio or 1-bed) or a room to rent if the room comes with a private bathroom as well. I'm a quiet, introverted, 46 year old man relocating from Seattle. I am beginning a new job in Poulsbo. I'll be in Poulsbo for the first 3 months - after that I will travel for work and will frequently be gone for anywhere from 1 week to over a month. When I am home, I'm a very easy roommate: I don't play loud music (I use headphones 99% of the time), I don't cook much at all (lots of microwaving), and I prefer to relax quietly in my room watching TV or studying for my job. The private bathroom is a must-have. Some other amenities I'd like to have, but aren't absolutely required: On-site washer and dryer Storage for outdoor gear (climbing/backpacking/skiing stuff) Dishwasher I have been renting a room from my current landlord for nearly 3 years now with a perfect record of paying all rent and utilities on time. I can provide references on request. Myself and three others are looking to takeover a four-bedroom lease in Brooklyn. Preferably around or near Prospect Park. We're artists, writers, activists, and graduate students, all in our late twenties and early thirties. Dates are flexible for us -- we're all living separately, and currently on a month-to-month basis. June 1st, July 1st, or August 1st would all work. Max budget is $4,800. Broker fees suck and should be (and hopefully will be) outlawed soon. For the time being, we're trying to find a work-around. If you're on Craigslist looking for your next place, and the place you're planning to leave fits the bill outlined above, let us know! We'd love to avoid that damn fee and also make things easier for you and your landlord, who won't even have to list the unit if we step in.
