I recently visited NekoTown Cat Cafe, and it was an absolute delight! The young and energetic cats kept me entertained with their playful antics as they drifted across the wooden floor. The staff were super friendly, and the free-flow drinks were a bonus. If you’re a cat lover, this place is a must-visit. 🐾

My kid had a great time with the cats. The guys on duty there were really accommodating when we had a special request to let my kid experience the cat’s scratchy tongue in time for her presentation about cats so that what she says on that day is through experience and not hearsay or from just research!!

Bacon Blox Playz
Enjoyed the stay, booked for a hour but extended it to two as my son enjoyed it so much. It’s not a “cafe” as such, more a cat sanctuary in which you can sit and stroke the cats. Nice setup. If you are a cat fan it’s a must.

Loved loved loved it!!!! it was an early birthday gift to me & i thoroughly enjoyed it. the staff were so lovely & helpful. they spend the first 20-30 minutes introducing you to the beautiful rescues (while you feed them). then you’re given 2 hours to paint while the cats chill around you. you’re free to pause and hang out with them. there are options to seek guidance, receive some tips, or simply work independently (what i chose). the vibe is really great & the studio/cats/staff have a lot of love to give. here are some pics!

Jun Yap
We enjoyed our time at wildflower studio. It’s definitely a unique experience in Singapore, a must-visit for cat and art lovers! The session was fun and the fees paid was for a good cause towards their cat rescue funds. Hosts were incredibly friendly, and you don’t need to be an artist to enjoy it. Highly recommended for a purr-fect day out! Kids friendly too. The cats were too adorable!

Unk Ghostie
I loved the experience there. The staff were extremely nice and patient. We got a lot of freedom to choose what we wanted to paint on and how much guidance we wanted. There were also files for inspiration pic. The cats were very friendly and loved to climb onto people during feeding time. Definitely would go again.

Among this clowder includes Jasper, who’s affectionately called the founder and boss of Catopia; Boomer, the crowd-favorite for his affectionate nature; Wicca, the ‘big sister’ of the bunch, and many more. First-time goers should note that the cafe operates by a booking system, and guests that do not arrive on time may have their seats provided to others in line.

Customer Reviews:

Bowei Loh
Very chill cafe. Cats are very well taken care of. Please go with the mindset that you are going into their house, and the cats can do whatever they please. Most of them will be sleeping but you can still gently pat them. Don’t expect a playtime. It would be nice if there’s a stash of toys to play w those that are awake, rather than risk my own arm getting scratched. 😅 Would go again.

Joyce Lim
Didn’t try the food, but the staff were attentive and friendly. The cats were well-groomed, relaxed, and receptive to headpats. 5 stars for cat therapy. Thanks for having us!

amber xie

Cat Paradise is a traditional cat cafe in Singapore that also doubles as a cageless cat adoption center and a cat cafe. Do note that the cost of entry is a bit higher at $18 per person for the first hour, but they also offer full-day passes if you’re looking to spend more time with their friendly kitties for your future adoption plans.

Customer Reviews:

alexis lim
This was probably my best experience at a cat cafe in Singapore. Booked the 11am slot, it was really quiet with just one other patron along with my friend and I. Lockers are available to keep your items safe from the curious felines and their fur. Most of cats were really active and friendly! One even plopped down on my lap as soon as I sat down. The staff was nice enough to offer us to feed the cats treats. He also offered us a lint roller once our visit ended. Really great experience and nice environment! Would likely go again and recommended to all cat-lovers!

Charlene Tan
I had a fun time at the Cat Paradise today! So many cute cats and my personal favourite was Butter the Maine coon mix! Aurora climbed into my lap and was super gentle and sweet. I enjoyed my time here and the warm hospitality from Desmond! Would recommend anyone who love cats! ❤️

Visited cat paradise recently! Cats were all friendly, lovely and playful💕 staff were also friendly and engaging. Had a great bonding time here at cat paradise. Will definitely be visiting again.

Meomi Cat Cafe is one of the oldest cat cafes in Singapore and has been around since the early 2010s. Guests can borrow some cat toys to really get the attention of their favorites, and there is also a chance to feed them yourself when you’re lucky.

Customer Reviews:

Pearlyn GYT
A very chill and comfortable experience. We are no stranger to cat cafes and this is one of the best ones we’ve been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and will try to make your stay worthwhile by maximizing your interaction with the cats. Cats are adorable and you can get to see them play with different toys as facilitated by the owners. Highly recommend!

Paepae S
Super cute kitties! The cats look very well taken care of and the owners are very friendly. It was such an enjoyable and informative visit. You can tell the owners respect and love their cats as the cats are given ample space to hide away from the customers if they choose to do so too. Entry fee is $14 for one hour with 1 drink, or $20 for one hour with 1 drink and a cake. Can’t wait to be back!!

joyoftessa
Well priced. Cosy atmosphere. The cats were very pretty. Just do not expect the cats to behave like dogs and go to you for attention.

Compared to the other places on this list, The Meownistry of Meow is more of a co-working lounge and foster home rather than a cafe, but it is still fundamentally a cozy little place where you can spend time with a lovely group of furry friends while getting some work done. Of course, you can always drop by even if you have no deadlines to meet and just spend time with their playful kitties. Moreover, the Meownistry of Meow offers three feline-free private rooms where you can play some party games with board games or using the provided Nintendo Switch console, watch movies, and even sing karaoke with friends.

Ultra adorable cats and interior! You can tell that the cats are well-loved and cared for. Like humans, the cats have different personalities and some are friendlier than others, but none are aggressive. The owners are passionate about cats and know their stuff. Price is also reasonable. There’s a separate space for customers to eat & drink without worrying that fur will get onto your food.

Pat-A-Cat Cafe is a relatively new cat cafe in Singapore that operates differently from the rest due to the fact that its lovely furry friends are not just available to play and snuggle with but they can also be adopted. Customer Reviews:

Rae Rae
Amazing experience! Cats were super friendly and energetic. The cats loves affection unlike most other cat cafe and an awesome place to house cats looking for a home. Owner is super friendly. Highly recommended.

Chad T
This is such a wholesome and amazing pet adoption center + cafe, run by Connie. She was so kind and helped introduce me to some adolescent cats and baby kittens, which are so cute and friendly. I wish I was staying in Singapore so I could adopt one. Please visit, donate, and consider adopting a beautiful friend.

Jessica Cho
Having visited a few similar establishments, Pat-A-Cat is a cut above the rest. The proprietor is a lovely woman who cares deeply for the welfare of cats. The cafe is much better ventilated and cleaner than other places. You’ll encounter a variety of sweet cats, some are active and playing away while some are napping and happy to get head scratches. What I really like is that the owner doesn’t shove a bunch of cat treats in your hand so the cats start mobbing you for treats. You get to really meet the cats here and get to know them. I really liked the vibe of this place. Highly recommend it if you’re interested in adopting a cat or just want to stop by and pet some cute cats.

Available in two branches at Bugis and Rail Mall, The Cat Cafe offers the best accessibility for cat lovers looking for a comfy place to hang out with some extremely friendly cats, all of which are adopted or re-homed strays. The ones at Rail Mall are particularly brimming with energy and are always up for playtime, with string-catching. Moreover, they are even mischievous munchers that will find every opportunity to get a bite of their favorite snacks like the cafe’s chips. If you’re keen on spending time with a less active bunch, those at their Bugis branch may be better suited to your preferences.

Customer Reviews:

Recommend going first when the place just opens to be there before others arrive. Does not include treats to feed the cats. Entrance comes with complementary drink. Plenty of cats with a wide range of personalities and friendly staff. Had a blast interacting with the cats. Overall very positive experience Will strongly recommend!

Serena Lim
Perfect for if you want a calm kitty atmosphere. I recommend coming here if you wanna study, work, or just relax. The cats are very sleepy and rarely move about, so if you want to pet them, you’ll have to walk to them. they’re very chill and don’t really mind touches (except for this one fluffy black cat in the pic), but if you’re looking for cats who’ll approach and sit next to you, then you’ll probably have better luck elsewhere (at least in my experience).

Cinna Koko
This place is so cute, highly recommend everyone to try. every cat feels like they have a unique personality and they r extremely friendly w humans. thank you for this experience!! i even bought cat collars for my cats all the way in my home country as a remembrance. <33

10. The Cat Museum & Academy

10 Best Cat Cafes In SG For A Pawsitively Good Time (2024) (10)

Although not a cat cafe in the strictest sense, The Cat Museum still makes it to this list as it is a renowned non-profit establishment that has a cat petting area, kitten orphanage, and education center that teaches potential pawparents all they need to know about owning a cat. The museum is complete with all kinds of feline-themed sculptures and paintings that reinforces the theme of the place, and it also allows guests adopt the cats and kittens in their nursery.

Customer Reviews:

Randy Ngatimin
The Cat Museum & Academy is a fun and relaxing place to enjoy the company of cats. The hosts are friendly and very helpful! You get to enjoy feeding the cats and playing with them. They have loooooots of cats there, definitely a place to de-stress and enjoy yourself.

Wee Han Tan
They only open to visitors on Saturdays and it costs 20 dollars per pax. The money goes into sustaining their cat shelter operations. Recommended to book before coming because they cannot have too many visitors. All their cats are rescue cats and they are all up for adoption. They provide lots of treats for you to feed the cats. Don’t worry about over feeding because they only have a few time slots where there are visitors. The staff taught us about the cats’ likes a dislikes and their personalities. Since the cats are all adopted, they all have wide ranging personalities and not all of them are friendly. Only a few of them liked to play with toys, some liked to be pat, while some like scratches. Some are actually quite aggressive but not to the point where they scratch. The staff took effort to separate and slowly domesticate very feral cats. If you like the cats feel free to adopt them and give them a new home.

Wendy
Really thanks to all the volunteer and owner here! They are so patient and nice to guide our kids and us about how to gently play and handle cats. The cats here comes with different character and personality,it’s also interesting to hear the stories. We had a really great time with kids and cats. Thank you for give the chance for young kids to interact with cats.

When visiting a cat cafe in Singapore make sure to follow the house rules they’ve set and treat the animals gently as if they were your own. On that note, make sure to drop by these destinations if you’re ever in need of some cat-filled quality time to rest unwind.
